Director, Finance - Global Partner Organization

📋 Description

• Lead FP&A for Everpure’s partner-attached model.
• Shape GTM strategy with GPO leadership and channel leaders.
• Manage global contra lifecycle, forecasts, and ROIs.
• Set governance for bespoke partner agreements and terms.
• Oversee global Opex and headcount planning for GPO.
• Mentor Prague-based finance manager and drive exec-ready reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Strategic commercial and channel finance expertise.
• Executive stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
• Financial modeling, forecasting, and risk governance.
• Experience with enterprise tools (Anaplan, NetSuite, Salesforce, SQL, Tableau).
• Team leadership and remote/international talent development.
• Ability to operate in a primarily in-office environment (Santa Clara, CA or NY, NY).
