📋 Description

• Strategic Finance Manager, reporting to Senior Director of Strategic Finance
• Partner with CFO and executive leaders on cross-functional finance, strategy, and business
• Develop financial, analytical, and strategic infrastructure to scale a rapidly growing company
• Lead analyses and special projects on partner performance, unit economics, pricing, and policy
• Translate complex financial concepts into actionable recommendations for senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development
• Healthcare or specialty pharmacy exposure is a strong plus
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling with large datasets
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate to non-financial audiences
• Strong understanding of business models and unit economics
• Ability to distill issues into structured frameworks and actionable plans
