• Build and scale US CS operations to a mature model
• Embed PM practices across the CS team, coach on priorities
• Design project tracking and executive dashboards
• Set team structure, resources, and contract reviews
• Design CS onboarding and continuous learning systems
• Monitor sustainability signals and burnout risks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in CS/PS Ops, consulting, or PMO leadership
• Experience with large-scale digital transformations
• Strong communication to executive leadership
• Comfort with data tools and dashboards (Fibery, Jira, Asana)
• Energy/Infrastructure sector exp is a plus
