📋 Description

• Oversee compliance programs to align with healthcare regulatory requirements
• Manage development and execution of regulatory reporting submissions
• Lead the team with guidance, direction, and mentorship
• Coordinate data requests for internal & external audits
• Develop dashboards and inventory processing methods for accuracy
• Collaborate with leaders to improve end-to-end reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree or commensurate experience
• 5+ years payer experience
• 3+ years leading direct reports
• 3+ years in health care or related policies and procedures
• 3+ years regulatory and accreditation audit experience
• 3+ years translating regulations into operational procedures
