📋 Description

• The Controller leads the Finance & Accounting team, owning the general ledger and multi-entity
• Build and document accounting processes, policies, and internal controls to scale the team and
• Lead external audits and manage international accounting, GAAP conversions, intercompany, and
• Oversee treasury, cash forecasting, debt covenant compliance, and working capital management.
• Partner with FP&A on metrics, budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Lead acquisitions through opening balances, purchase price allocation, and entity integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive accounting experience; 3+ years in Controller/Accounting Director roles with
• Strong NetSuite experience with multiple subsidiaries and currencies.
• CPA or CMA highly preferred; experience in ASC 606 and ASC 805.
• Experience consolidating multi-entity groups, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation.
• Solid understanding of billable-hour economics, U.S. GAAP, and revenue recognition for services.
• Proven ability to build structures, write policies, and implement internal controls.
