• Source and engage exceptional candidates, conduct initial screens, and identify strong referrals
• Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like
• Rebuild interview loops, scorecards, and evaluation criteria
• Map top companies, teams, and talent pools for pipelines
• Analyze funnels, channels, and conversion rates to improve hiring
• Organize events and partnerships to strengthen EliseAI’s talent brand

🎯 Requirements

• 1-5 years at a high-growth startup or fast-paced env
• Undergraduate degree; CS or technical background a plus
• Strong relationship-building across technical/business funcs
• Excellent writing and clear communication
• Analytical mindset with ownership—move projects forward
• Willingness to work in person at SF or NY office 4–5 days/week
