📋 Description

• Lead full‑lifecycle executive search for VP/C‑suite roles across technical and non‑technical
• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for Legal and Finance, partnering with GC/CFO.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to attract top talent.
• Build diverse candidate slates and provide market insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years full‑lifecycle recruitment; 3+ years exec search (VP level+).
• Experience recruiting in EdTech or tech‑enabled industries (e.g., Enterprise SaaS, HealthTech
• Proven track record placing senior executives across technical and non‑technical roles.
• Strong executive presence with history advising C‑suite and boards.
• Knowledge of complex executive compensation packages including equity and bonuses.
• Systems & Analytics: Ashby ATS experience; Workday is a plus.
