Sr. Manager, Events Technology

📋 Description

• Drive technology strategy and execution across ServiceNow’s global event portfolio.
• Lead platform integration and data flows across enterprise tech ecosystems.
• Manage complex technology workstreams from planning to post-event analysis.
• Lead external agencies and vendors, with budget forecasting and resource allocation.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across Strategic Events, Marketing, IT, and Sales.
• Stay abreast of emerging event technologies and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in event technology/operations, preferably for large B2B events.
• Deep experience with RainFocus, Swoogo, Cvent Passkey; Jifflenow a plus.
• Strong experience integrating event platforms with CRM, marketing automation, data, and SaaS
• Proven ability to lead complex programs and multiple workstreams end-to-end.
• Excellent program management, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, and vendor relationships.
