Licensed Mental Health Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide telehealth therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults across Kentucky.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
• Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and complete clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Support families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Kentucky independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families or a passion for serving this population.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
• Bilingual English/Spanish clinicians encouraged to apply.
