Senior Project Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate site activation activities from site selection through activation
• Prepare investigator sites for clinical trials and regulatory docs
• Establish activation timelines with sites and stakeholders
• Serve as contact for clinical sites during site start-up
• Collaborate with PMs, CTMs, CRAs, Site Selection, and others
• Identify risks to activation schedules and escalate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical research or related field
• 2+ years as Project Coordinator or similar clinical role
• Site Start-Up experience in global/multi-regional env
• GCP and regulatory knowledge (Health Canada, FDA)
• Strong English; French or other language asset
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency
