Staff Product Manager, SaaS Manager

📋 Description

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for SaaS Manager’s platform modernization and
• Lead discovery with customers, internal partners, and data to identify the highest-impact
• Determine how capabilities such as data ingestion, near-real-time processing, integrations
• Partner with Engineering and Design to evaluate architecture options, clarify requirements, and
• Define success metrics and work with Product Analytics and Data partners to measure reliability
• Align multiple Product and Engineering teams around priorities, decisions, dependencies, and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end strategy and roadmap ownership for
• Technical fluency with integrations, APIs, data pipelines, platform architecture, and
• Experience leading complex, multi-quarter initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design
• Strong product discovery, problem framing, iterative validation, prioritization, and success
• Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining recommendations, trade-offs, and risks
• Preferred: SaaS management, license management, IT asset management, identity and access
