• This position provides customer service for scheduled or charter services.
• Attentive to customer needs, handle inquiries promptly, process transactions per policy.
• Support customers at all points of the service, including baggage and seating.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Authorized to work in the US
• Pass a Criminal Background Check
• Must be 18+ with valid Driver's License
• Strong communication skills and computer literacy
