📋 Description

• Lead AI enablement programs for clients, driving adoption and value realization.
• Conduct workshops, trainings, and hands-on sessions for business users and leaders.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into practical business outcomes.
• Navigate client-facing environments with technical depth and clear communication.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in enablement, training, consulting, organizational adoption, or
• Strong facilitation skills with executives and end users; able to explain complex technical
• Experience working across banking/financial services or regulated industries is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, training programs, and adoption initiatives for enterprise
• Comfort in a client-facing consulting setting with diverse stakeholders and evolving priorities.
