Budget Analyst

📋 Description

• Support DoW financial management and budget execution operations.
• Budget formulation, execution, funds management, and reporting support.
• Develop spend plans and prepare BES, SOF reporting, accruals, and financial reconciliations.
• Audit readiness activities and compliance with DoD financial regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Public
• 3+ years of experience in federal financial management, budgeting, accounting, or funds management
• Experience with budget execution, funds control, and financial reporting
• Experience preparing or supporting spend plans, accruals, SOF, BES
• DoD Financial Management Regulations (FMR), federal budgeting principles, and appropriations law
• Advanced Excel skills; strong written and verbal communication
