• Freelance Legal Manager based in Spain
• Own and coordinate day-to-day legal activities for the organization
• Provide strategic legal advice to leadership on corporate and operational matters

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as legal professional, Legal Manager, Corporate Counsel, or similar leadership
• Strong corporate law background and experience advising on business-related legal matters
• Understanding of applicable legal/regulatory frameworks and compliance risk
• Experience reviewing/drafting contracts and corporate documents
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of practical, commercial guidance
• Strong organizational and project management skills
