- Criminal referrals, law enforcement and prosecution support
- Own OKX’s framework for identifying conduct for criminal referral
- Work with Risk and Compliance to package referral files
- Drive referred matters to charge and prosecution
- Lead regional civil docket end-to-end for defence and plaintiff sides
🎯 Requirements
- Admitted solicitor or barrister in HK; based in HK or Singapore
- 12+ years post-qualification in contentious work, Asia experience
- Prosecutorial or criminal enforcement background; arbitration and trial exp.
- Strong judgment under ambiguity; fast-paced regulatory landscape
- Fluent English; Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred
- Willing to travel across the region
