Senior Accounting Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Own key monthly close tasks with GL consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• Support close activities with Controllership, FP&A, and IT.
• Assist rollout of OneStream for consolidation and reporting improvements.
• Provide analytic reviews of operating expenses, identify drivers of variances.
• Collaborate across multiple entities to ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Support internal controls and SOX-related activities during close.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent).
• 3–6+ years accounting experience with consolidation/close processes.
• Strong analytical, Excel, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with OneStream or other consolidation platforms is a plus.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
