🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, or related field; Master’s a plus.
• 7+ years in compensation with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Deep understanding of compensation theories, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with equity program management and data-driven decision making.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws related to compensation; proficient with compensation software/tools.
