- Lead brand identity & visual direction for multi-client engagements
- Architect design systems from scratch for usability and AI tooling compatibility
- Own end-to-end web and product design from IA to specs
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration and systemization
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, strategists, and AI practitioners
- Ensure designs are implementable and set up future teams for success
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years design experience in brand identity and digital product
- Portfolio with at least one design system built from scratch
- Fluency in Figma (variables, auto layout, component architecture)
- Track record shipping brand identities and web experiences
- Working knowledge of AI tools in design workflows
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, design tokens, and component-based development
