Licensed School-Based Lead Clinician– Bilingual English/Spanish Required

📋 Description

• Provide school-based mental health services to K–12 students
• Lead clinical care within assigned school program
• Partner with families, school staff, and agencies to coordinate care
• Occasional evenings for family engagement; no weekends
• Lead day-to-day clinical operations in the program
• Clinicians collaborate to shape supportive school environments

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the service state
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish; sessions in both languages
• 3+ years with children/adolescents with behavioral/emotional needs
• Independent work ability; strong clinical judgment; fast-paced problem-solving
• Experience with schools, families, and community-based services
