- Lead organization-wide impact measurement systems and metrics
- Coordinate data integration across databases and dashboards
- Ensure clean, harmonized data accessible across regions
- Support governance, standardization, and metadata practices
- Develop performance reports and dashboards for senior leadership
- Create knowledge products and synthesis reports
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with related professional qualification
- At least 7 years of international development experience with research and impact measurement
- Expertise in data integration, organizational reporting, data analytics, BI software
- Experience in international/multi-country environments and donor reporting
- Strong understanding of impact measurement, performance management, research, learning
- Excellent communication; ability to translate data into insights
