Banking Onboarding Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end onboarding and account-opening across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage banking applications in high-risk industries; ensure requirements are understood and
• Coordinate KYC, KYB, AML processes and complex onboarding cases.
• Maintain relationships with bank managers, compliance officers, EMIs, and financial partners.
• Track applications, follow up on outstanding items, minimize delays.
• Support annual reviews and provide documentation across corporate structures.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years opening and managing corporate bank/EMI accounts in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of UBOs and corporate ownership structures.
• Knowledge of bank underwriting, apostilled docs, and international processes.
• Deep understanding of KYC/KYB/AML, including SoW/SoF assessments.
• Legal literacy with corporate docs (CoIs, Registers, Incumbency, Powers of Attorney, Apostilles).
• Familiarity with SEPA/SWIFT, EMIs, payment institutions; ability to handle multi-jurisdiction apps.
