• Speech Analytics Consultant role for Five9/Verint platforms
• Lead implementation, optimization & adoption of analytics solutions
• Advise contact center leaders on insights & compliance
• Work with cloud-based WEM initiatives & coaching
• Remote-first exposure to enterprise customers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing/managing speech analytics in Verint Cloud
• Verint Accreditation in Speech Analytics or pursuing
• Experience with other Speech Analytics tools
• Consulting background in contact centers
• Strong client-facing communication
• Familiarity with other Verint products desirable
