📋 Description
- Senior PMM leading positioning, launches, and sales enablement for a high-growth platform expanding
- Own brand, messaging, and GTM strategy; report to revenue leadership and lead a team of 3.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption and accelerate growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Occasional travel and in-person collaboration in SF with relocation/visa support for the right
- Work alongside founders and industry veterans to shape the next chapter for Workstream.
🎯 Requirements
- 3-10 years in product marketing or PMM/growth roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Founder energy; bias toward action; comfortable leading initiatives from concept to execution.
- Commercial mindset with pipeline influence and comfort talking to sales.
- Experience with SMB/human resources/payroll domains is a plus; AI-native mindset preferred.
- Based in SF or willing to relocate to SF; in-office 4 days/week.
