- Develop and lead a strategy for a next-generation post-training system on top of large-scale models
- Scale post-training capabilities to more miles and locations worldwide.
- Collaborate with ML platforms and other teams to enable effective, scalable post-training.
- Guide teams not yet using post-training to adopt field-ready strategies.
- Influence engineering decisions at senior levels while aligning with on-ground leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- MS in computer science with ML emphasis or equivalent (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years leading large-scale ML production systems.
- Experience leading a production post-training system used by 100M+ users.
- Experience building metrics, data, and flywheels for post-training apps.
- Ability to influence directors/VPs and balance day-to-day leadership with strategy.
