Outreach and Enrollment Training Manager

📋 Description

• Onboard and train O&E resources in new markets
• Develop and evaluate field training for staff
• Coordinate with MOE Directors to meet enrollment/quality metrics
• Lead in-field training for Outreach Specialists and Enrollment Specialists
• Provide ongoing classroom training virtually and in person
• Support interim coverage during market growth constraints

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years Medicare/Medicaid/PACE sales or training
• Proven success in sales
• Experience creating training content for sales teams
• Experience leading in data-driven orgs using reports to prioritize work
• Willingness to work varied schedule including evenings/weekends
