🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years accounting experience with GL consolidation, eliminations, and close processes.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify variances and drivers of cost trends.
• Experience preparing flux analyses for P&L and Balance Sheet; adept at explaining drivers to
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA is preferred.
• Experience with consolidation/ERP tools; hands-on with OneStream, HFM, or similar platforms is a
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data analytics tools like Power BI and reporting automation
