- Lead brand identity and visual direction across client work
- Architect design systems from scratch for reuse and AI tooling
- Own end-to-end web and product design with finish on delivery
- Apply AI actively to design workflows to move faster
- Collaborate with clients, translate design decisions to non-designers
- Ensure cross-functional handoffs with engineers and strategists
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in design with brand identity and digital product work
- Portfolio with a design system built from scratch
- Fluency in Figma (variables, auto layout, components)
- Proven track record shipping brand identities and web experiences
- Working knowledge of AI tools in design workflows
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, tokens, and component-based design
