📋 Description

• Lead the finance function through a hands-on transformation, establishing strong processes
• Take ownership of core financial operations, ensuring cash, payroll, compliance, and other critical

🎯 Requirements

• Significant senior-level finance leadership experience, ideally at CFO, Finance Director, or
• Proven success in improving profitability, forecasting, cash management, reporting, and finance
• Strong commercial understanding, including pricing strategy, unit economics, investment analysis
• Advanced, hands-on experience with AI, automation, modern finance technologies, and data-driven
• Strong accounting and financial management knowledge; professional finance or accounting
• Experience building or transforming finance functions in complex environments requiring
