Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead and manage high-voltage substation design projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams through project execution
- Develop and review engineering documents (one-line diagrams, plans, specs)
- Perform analyses: ground grid, relay coordination, transformer sizing, load flow, short-circuit
- Manage schedules and budgets; implement corrective actions as needed
- Serve as primary technical contact for clients and vendors
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (power systems preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in high-voltage substation design for 230 kV and above
- Advanced HV equipment knowledge
- Strong AC/DC fundamentals and three-phase power
- Experience with substation design software and power system analysis
- Ability to interpret drawings and specs; knowledge of NEC/NESC/NEMA/IEEE/ANSI
