Satellite Production Technician, Harness

📋 Description

• Manufacture satellite wiring harnesses and cable assemblies from wire tables and drawings
• Install, route, and secure harnesses onto satellite assemblies alongside the integration team
• Verify your work through continuity, insulation resistance, pin retention, and visual inspection
• Build to IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards, with training and certification provided
• Strictly follow work instructions, travelers, and checklists, completing all documentation
• Identify and report build or process deviations immediately, raising NCRs and supporting root cause

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational qualification or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Aerospace
• 1-2 years of practical experience in cable and harness assembly, electromechanical assembly, or
• Excellent manual dexterity and comfort working with small components, fine wires, and connectors
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wire tables, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to follow strict technical procedures and
• Proficient English (written and spoken) for cross-functional collaboration
