📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional programs across ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS.
• Develop charters, roadmaps, timelines, and stakeholder reporting.
• Translate requirements into scalable tech solutions and specs.
• Analyze order lifecycle Workflows to identify optimization.
• Ensure clean data flow and process alignment across platforms.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement to redesign processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in supply chain/operations tech; 3+ years in PM.
• Deep knowledge of two or more platforms: ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS.
• Proven experience leading complex multi-stakeholder programs.
• Experience with AI/automation for process improvement.
• Lean/Six Sigma or value stream mapping experience.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
