📋 Description

• Lead the development of a cutting-edge vehicle platform - from concept to production - integrating
• Manage the mechanical team tasked with bringing the F10 ecosystem to market - overseeing the
• Work with cross-functional teams - product, electrical engineering, flight core, software, quality
• Define and execute engineering tests; use analysis to evaluate trade-offs and prove your design.
• Drive designs through the development cycle from prototyping to pre-production and mass production
• Debug and investigate failures with attention to detail to determine root causes.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong mechanical/aerospace background with leadership experience delivering technically
• Proven management and product development experience with focus on execution and collaboration.
• System-level design skills; map dependencies and translate requirements into execution.
• Experience in aerospace design; tackle complex mechanical, thermal, and systems-integration
• Analytical problem solving and solid engineering fundamentals for electromechanical systems.
• Mastery of 3D CAD; strong parametric design; CATIA experience strongly preferred.
