UX Designer – Retail & Operational Systems

📋 Description

• Observe frontline workflows to identify friction points, workarounds, training gaps, adoption
• Lead UX design for high-frequency, compliance-sensitive retail and financial transactions
• Architect intuitive workflows covering item intake, pricing, customer profiles, loyalty enrollment
• Design interfaces that prioritize data accuracy, keyboard-first and mobile navigation, conditional
• Partner with product, engineering, operations, risk, compliance, and legal teams to translate
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, annotated specifications, and pixel-perfect

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, particularly with operational workflows, internal
• Strong expertise in information architecture, form design, workflow optimization, conditional
• Hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and evolving design systems and reusable component
• Advanced visual design skills with a strong eye for typography, color, spacing, hierarchy
• Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory, compliance, and business requirements into clear and
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including Figma AI and Figma Make.
