📋 Description

• Lead and deliver workplace and life sciences projects from concept through completion
• Partner with clients to translate business needs into design solutions
• Drive design across all stages from test fits to construction documentation
• Collaborate with design principals and cross-functional teams in integrated design-build
• Lead project teams in producing drawings, finish palettes, and coordinated docs
• Present design ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of interior design experience, with workplace projects and life sciences exposure
• A strong portfolio showing creativity and technical depth
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with Enscape or similar visualization tools
• Proven ability to lead projects and guide teams through all design phases
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and buildability
