Senior Software Engineer in Test

📋 Description

• Own test strategy planning, prioritisation, execution, maintenance
• Promote automation and best practices in testing
• Participate in full SDLC and contribute to product/system design
• Fix bugs and drive Operational Excellence, On-Call duties
• Work onsite at Grab HCMC, Vietnam office
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• 5+ years of software dev experience with test automation
• Strong coding in Golang or Python for automation
• Experience building test suites, mocks, and coverage improvement
• Understanding of automation pipelines and testing across layers
