📋 Description

• Senior technical strategist for autonomous-workforce solutions in IT, operations, and employee
• Drive partner growth across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SPM with reference architectures and
• Lead workshops with CIO/VP IT Ops/CHRO to design autonomous-workflow solutions.
• Demonstrate PoCs showing incident reduction, deflection, and productivity gains.
• Align partner capabilities with ServiceNow AI-native platform differentiation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years pre-sales/solution-architecture experience in ITSM/ITOM/employee experience.
• 5+ years domain expertise in IT service delivery or enterprise workflow platforms.
• Expert in incident, change, CMDB/CSDM, AIOps, knowledge management, self-service.
• Experience with competitor platforms (BMC, Atlassian, Ivanti, Microsoft).
• Experience engaging CIO/CHRO executives and working with partner ecosystems.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled operations incl. AI agents, autonomous incident resolution, predictive
