Senior Software Engineering Manager – Salesforce

📋 Description

• Lead the engineering function supporting the Salesforce platform, partnering with product, QA
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce software engineers through coaching and career
• Build and maintain a high-performing engineering team with recruitment and talent development.
• Own and guide architectural and technical design decisions across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Provide architectural planning and technical direction for application development and platform
• Conduct code reviews and establish practices to improve health, security, and maintainability.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years in engineering
• Deep hands-on leadership within enterprise Salesforce environments.
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with internal/external systems and third-party solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce
• Understanding of governor limits, bulkification, security, and performance optimization.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, asynchronous processing, error
