📋 Description

• Own the full solution for the customer
• Understand how all parts of the system fit together
• Ensure decisions in one area don’t affect others
• Maintain overall solution coherence and design decisions
• Act as the main functional authority for complex issues
• Support senior customer conversations and decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Broad knowledge of NEC Housing Solution and configuration
• Experience with Housing environments (Local Authority Housing, ALMOs, Housing Associations)
• Consultancy experience with customer interaction
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience owning design decisions
• Ability to solve problems and manage multiple projects
