- Document processes, workflows, and system requirements; create user and technical docs.
- Test and implement upgrades and new features based on roadmaps.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years in IT, business systems support, manufacturing operations, or related field.
- Experience supporting manufacturing systems or applications.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global team.
