System/Site Designer

📋 Description

• Lead design and site layout from concept to final design
• Create and maintain designs with Revit for customers, agencies, and teams
• Produce accurate 2D/3D drawings and renderings using Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, Civil 3D
• Analyze drawings to determine material/equipment schedules and takeoffs
• Develop designs from various sources: specs, drawings, hand sketches, GIS data
• Consult with clients to translate needs into design solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years design/drafting experience; exposure to Revit standards
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D
• Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical design principles
• Ability to interpret specs and propose improvements
• Strong attention to detail for compliant, manufacturable designs
• Ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
