🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in AI/ML, data science, or related field with healthcare data.
• Strong Python skills; experience wrangling data and real-world signaling.
• Practical ML framework experience: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• Experience designing MLOps pipelines for model lifecycle.
• Familiar with longitudinal/real-world/time-series health data.
• Understanding of clinical validation, bias mitigation, privacy in ML.
