Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Own technical design and delivery of enterprise implementations across the target region.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and evaluations for prospects with sales teams.
• Design practical solutions aligned to customer stacks, constraints, and data residency.
• Serve as trusted Arabic-speaking technical advisor to engineers and stakeholders.
• Represent the organization at customer meetings and events to build technical relationships.
• Develop reusable patterns, reference architectures, and playbooks for future projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or professional-level Arabic fluency plus strong English.
• Based in the MENA region or elsewhere in EMEA with compliant employment setup.
• At least 4 years deploying technical solutions for enterprise customers.
• Strong software engineering background with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Rust.
• Proven experience leading production deployments from design to cutover.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex concepts to engineers and business
