📋 Description

• Build and maintain core infrastructure of SIXT's AI-powered HR technology landscape
• Implement access controls, permissions structures, and security frameworks
• Develop solutions using AI-assisted development tools and Vibecoding
• Translate architectural blueprints into scalable components
• Identify and resolve infra issues; improve stability and performance
• Document implementations and contribute to engineering standards

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in backend development, database engineering, or infrastructure roles
• Solid knowledge of database design, data modeling, and system architecture (including permissions)
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, Vibecoding)
• Basic understanding of HR systems or HR data structures
• Detail-oriented, structured, owning your work; collaborative with architects
