Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Financial reporting, cash flow, tax, budgeting, statutory accounts and reconciliations
• FP&A, forecasting, performance analysis and business partnering for insights to drive decisions
• Finance transformation and automation using AI, GenAI, data and technology to improve efficiency
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and automate manual work
• Partner with Finance, Technology and business teams to deliver scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / Finance, ACCA or equivalent with 7+ years' experience
• Strong accounting, analytical, financial modelling and reconciliation skills
• Experience in FP&A, consulting, M&A or Finance transformation is highly valued
• Interest and practical experience in AI, automation, data analytics or financial systems
• Advanced Excel; ERP / BI / workflow automation experience is a plus
• Strong commercial acumen, communication and stakeholder management
