📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a small product design team while staying hands-on with design work.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering leads to set design priorities and roadmaps.
• Create flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes as needed.
• Facilitate design critiques, research, and testing to inform design decisions with evidence.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders, including leadership.
• Improve design processes, uphold design system, and ensure consistency across platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in product design with some leadership or coordination experience.
• Portfolio showing strong UI craft and multi-platform UX solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Claude, Loveable, Replit, ChatGPT, V0, Adobe, GitHub.
• Experience planning and facilitating user research, testing, and design critiques.
• Strong communication skills; collaborative and adaptable mindset.
