Forward Deployed Engineer, Agentic Platform (UK Public Sector)

📋 Description

• Translate high-value business problems into agentic workflows using LLMs.
• Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered agents for the North AI workspace platform.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers, integrating tools, APIs, and data sources.
• Ensure reliability, observability, safety, and auditable software from day one.
• Travel up to 20–40% to customer sites and partners as needed.
• Contribute to shared frameworks and patterns for scalable delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade software in Python.
• Built and deployed high-performing RAG and agentic apps, including multi-step task planning (e.g.
• Deep familiarity with the LLM stack: frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration
• Proven ability to build robust evaluation frameworks for agent accuracy, safety, and latency.
• Experience working directly with customers and leading technical discussions with enterprise
• Experience owning the full scope of a use case end-to-end.
