📋 Description
- Work on cross-functional team delivering IRT for randomization and drug supply management
- Design IRT solution to meet study requirements based on protocol and client discussions
- Translate client business requirements into Suvoda software; document in specification templates
- Lead internal and client reviews of IRT specifications, securing approvals by milestones
- Oversee UAT planning, test scripts, data setup, and client UAT
- Travel to client sites for meetings and training; assist with user support and staff training
🎯 Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- 1 year of experience in IRT or related field preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to understand technical details and translate to non-technical users
