🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
- 12+ years of relevant experience with substantial leadership in software engineering.
- Proven track record leading large-scale software delivery with accountability for outcomes.
- Deep expertise in software engineering strategy and AI value measurement (roadmaps, metrics, ROI).
- Hands-on experience with AI-native software development and embedding AI in the SDLC.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
