Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting, intercompany reconciliation, and supporting
• Finalize statutory audits by March with no material issues in the reporting package.
• Manage cash, ensure timely payments, and monitor DPO/DSO and payroll compliance.
• Implement group SCOA framework and align local P&Ls to SCOA; support BU managers.
• Tax/compliance: file returns and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Support finance integration projects in Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia and Philippines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor in finance/accounting
• 5+ years in a similar role within foreign companies
• Fluent in English with good writing skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Autonomous with team supervision and leadership
• Knowledge of Singapore Accounting Standards preferred
